As you have seen, the world has changed completely and looks like it will not be the same when things are normalized and having a timeline at this stage would be just a wild guess! In absence of a widely available vaccine things may take time to materialize. Therefore, I think that you guys should act now as food and health are closely related
I respect your decision for the semi-finalist but in my opinion, you should give priority to those who encourage others to produce their food locally instead of going for the fancier stuff - this could mean some priority re-allocation & re-allocation
