I love the Voting Truck concept and I've always been intrigued by the possibility of "bringing the vote to people" and not the "people to vote" but in order for it to actually work from a practical standpoint there needs to be a serious set of checks and balances in order to prevent fraud from either those voting or collecting votes. Although I am less than thrilled by our current system, it at least limits the possibility of folks being able to vote multiple times by restricting their voting opportunities to one specific location on the day of the election. Additionally we, as a society, have the notion that less folks at the polling place (administrators and voters alike) makes it easier for sketchy things to occur. These issues need to be resolved before your idea could realistically be put into action but I think that could happen pretty easily. This is a great idea.
