Vander decided to leave the restaurant world, combine renewable energy, modern tech, sustainable practices, and pursue a life that spoke to his passion: designing awe-inspiring things while remembering to be a steward of the earth. Vander is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, North Miami Campus and holds an Associate in Science for Culinary Arts. He has over 20 years of experience as a Chef with a background in food trucks, pop up markets, seasonal vending, hotels, corporate kitchens, sports bars, Michelin Star restaurants, private homes & catering.
