Hi Konjit, Interesting idea, especially linking demand/supply of professions with financing of education. Great way for education to respond to economic needs. Perhaps it is not only the state/governments who can contribute, but also private/individual investors in a type of 'stock market' where investors can buy and sell stock in particular courses. Courses that are well invested, will have more funding which can be translated to lower cost of education in particular fields.
