Hi Ajmal! I really like this idea, and believe that it has great potential. Just one thing to keep in mind is that you need to be careful when creating the packets with seeds and instructions because every place in the world has a different climate and soil conditions. Also each community have your own culture and type of food. It would be great seeing this project come to life!
