What if we consider gangs in areas of decline, not as a sign of social decadence but as a means of social organization that can be the stepping stone to create local hubs of small businesses, run and secured by the gangs themselves?
Terrific idea Paul. I imagine having a black belt system for mentors/mentees. The more people you develop the more you advance and reach a level of "black belt" mentor. More kudos if, for example, you help people from underpriviledged areas or backgrounds...and everybody can see that on your online . Awesome. Thnx for signing up Ashley...we now officially have 2 eager mentees. What about matching us with our mentors through a lottery system, where we have araes of passion (e.g. Community development, media, services, etc.) and we put entreprenuers with rookies and match them in a monthly draw..imagine the thrill of waiting to find out your match !! Crazy? What do u think?
