"If you have an apple and I have an apple... "
”...and we exchange these apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas.”
(George Bernard Shaw)
What if an international mobile operator could offer a special phone subscription for women in developed countries that would make it possible for them to connect with and give a helping hand to fellow mothers in need?
I thought of this when I saw Ali's "Health Badges" entry and Joris' "Status change on facebook". This is an example of a campaign where people temporarily added badges to their Facebook profile pictures to demonstrate their opinion.
Thanks again for some great input. I'll try to integrate some of the community oriented ideas by Sarah B and LaToya and update the concept soon to hopefully give you the time for another round of comments.
Vincent, your suggestion on how to cut call costs got me thinking of other possible ways. Perhaps it would be less costly if the audio was sent as a voice message, and the messages were either offered as a subscription or "ordered" by sending a text with the numbers for the pages you were interested in hearing about? Thoughts on this?
