"This too shall pass- so live in the present moment"
I was born in the outskirts of a small town, Sargodha, located in Pakistan. I moved to the metropolitan hub of Karachi while I was young and have spent my entire life here now. I have majored in Social Development and Policy which introduced me to the concept of Design Thinking and understand the importance of the process of devising a project for the community. Currently, I am working as Business Outreach and Impact Evaluation Manager, along with pursuing MBA. This current position allows me to expand the scope of the organization while keeping the user experience as the integral component
Thank you! Yes, we agree; it is also suitable socio-economic conditions that IDPs are deprived of that puts them further at a disadvantage. All of the losses combined with not being able to begin life in a new place due to lack of opportunity or several other reasons, adds further psychological stress. We hope to generate income and inclusivity while also addressing our country's need for emergency care with the help of technology
In Pakistan, people belonging to different region not only have different languages but they also have different dialects. This has made communication a bit difficult in the rural areas, and I do think that your idea does have potential. We have been using pictorial representation for communication at some occasions and it does seem to work. It'll be great to see how your initiative spans out. Best of luck!
