WaterHealth has already marked its presence in West African countries, the Company has successfully replicated its business model in Ghana, Nigeria and Liberia and in scaling phase in other african countries also. Yes,WaterHealth undertakes various social awareness campaigns at WHCs to create awareness and to bring about behavioral change towards safe drinking water and its positive impact on health. The Company engages brand advocates called ‘Abhivaktas’ from the local communities to spread awareness about safe drinking water, making use of their ‘connect’ with others in the community. The social awareness programs focus primarily on creating awareness among women and school children in the communities being served.

WaterHealth runs stringent operations and maintenance (O&M) processes to ensure maximum uptime of the WaterHealth Centers and adherence to the laid down standard operating procedures (SOPs). This ensures production of safe water which meets the required quality norms. It Includes the call center (accessible through a toll free number) and the backend process of receiving complaints from WHCs and routing them to the relevant members within the organization for resolution within timelines. Each complaint logged (called trouble ticket) is tracked for closure and relevant metrics are monitored to ensure maximum efficiency in the process.
Yes, the grant or Investment we receive will be used for purely capital expenses such as Installation of the WHCs. The Company builds capacity within the community by hiring Business Associates and Delivery Service Providers to run Daily plant operations also organization conducts structured skill training programs. This helps them [community] to manage the WaterHealth Center after it is (eventually) transferred to the Community at the end of concession term.
Yes, WHCs requires a dedicated employee for operational purposes. The company also in the process of Remote monitoring and control WHCs with access to the communities.
