Hi Holly, one way is to eat off smaller plates so there is less room for too much food, and if too much food is prepared then consider saving it for lunch the next day which will save time and money you spend on lunches. Hope this helps!
only myfitnesspal at the start. however, I think it can be too cumbersome for most people, having a reminder message at key points in the day: the morning, at lunch and in the evening could be an easy way to help people at the start to help them form a habit of reduced portion size. Could be as easy as people using calendar to set up alerts on their mobile phones. The simpler and easier the more likely it will be adopted by the average person!
