Dear Joel,
Thanks for reference to Dr. Wilsons work. Its very useful. There are a few hypothesis I have developed , based on observation - I call them patterns ,. These patterns resonate at various scales and environments in society/institutions and perpetuate and reinforce 'status quo'. Just like the flow of sunlight, nutrients and water can influence the development of a plant, the flows of information, opportunities and resources influence the development of people (especially women). Having been part of a social system , I feel strong in the space of having insights .I have been trying to study the feedback system in biology to try and design a measurement / feedback system . This is a non trivial task......but I am on it and hope to post some measure(s) soon.
