Hi Barcelona! We love your idea and keep taking inspiration from it.
We had one thought for you: How about if the young people also taught something new to the professionals? It would open their eyes to different perspectives and also give an incentive to the potential employers to stay in touch and offer them jobs. Something we are exploring in our prototype.
