Hi Ashley! Thanks for the question. We are a group of 6 people with both national and international humanitarian NGO experience as a staff member. Some of our experience includes working with Turkish Red Crescent, Norwegian Refugee Council, International Medical Corps, Concern Worldwide, etc. Also, we had the chance to implement projects funded by the European Union, United Nations and Government of USA. Within these projects, we had many roles like program design, monitoring and evaluation, psychosocial support, protection and other support services. As of May 2019, we set up the NGO, Etki, to harmonize our expertise that we get from international NGOs and the local knowledge that we have as Turkish citizens. Our main goal is to use this blended knowledge with the well designed, feasible projects and make sure that they are coherent with the facts of Turkey.
