Hi Bremley L.
thanks for your feedback
i went through the evaluations criteria, and like to add here that the space of characters at the platform is small, that lead to exclude detailed idea or activities as well sub actions, on other hand its great to have experts feedback at this platform, that will ensure to have a look to concept from other perspectives.
for example; there was no space to include the participatory approach methodology into the answers, i mean to clarify how to select beneficiaries, training participants and most important is how we will shortlist participants ideas to benefit from the startup Grants.

thank you Mamraj C.

hi Cristina
great to have your comment here
yes, there were no space to get into details at the platform, but i can now include the major 3 paths of activities:

1- First path – employing (#) persons with disabilities in factories as there are around (30) factories who expressed interest in employing people with disabilities. The different visits that are conducted by the Jordan Chamber of Industry and its related chambers to the factories and economic establishments showed that there are a number of people with disabilities already working in those establishments and are doing their jobs perfectly and are well integrated and accepted in the work place. Additionally, a number of people with disabilities have already visited the employment units that belong to the chambers and the employment units at Ministry of Labor which are wide-spread all around the Kingdom. This path will be accompanied by rehabilitating establishments in the occupational safety front which will ensure finding an appropriate work environment for people with disabilities which will facilitate their employment including easy movement and feeling occupationally safe.
2- Second path – Employing (#) and training them specialized training to be conducted in parallel with conducting feasibility studies for small and micro sized projects which then will be followed by funding those projects through this proposal with financial ceilings that will be discussed later in detail.
3- Third path – Practically train (#) people with disabilities in the projects launched in the second path in aims at preparing them to establish their own projects in the future through upcoming initiatives.
