"Idealist, Dreamer and Humanitarian. Transdisciplinar engineer, human being learner, becoming social entrepreneur"
I have a very curious and creative mind and feel super motivated at situations where my mind is allowed to get disperse, fly, flow… and create something cool.
In general, I’m very interested on social stuff and real economy.
Mi working experience is mainly in strategic an technical consultancy in energy and climate change, although, in the last years, I developed a deep interest on a broad range of topics, more related to the person (neuroscience, self-development, behavioural sciences, emotional intelligence...) and to (Human) Business World (talent, leadership, creativity, teams, management, marketing, communication, client engagement, gamification, collaborative environments...), and started developing myself through informal education and “inter-education”. This, mixed with a growing soft spot for people relationship, more dynamic environments, and feeling the need to take part of the change, made me envision a career change (a live change, actually…).
Since December I’m participating at different projects or events located in Barcelona, exploring new ways of thinking and doing things. For instance, “15x2 Experience” with Mariona Aloy at MOB, and also participated at two collaborative workshops: Retrato de un compartidor” organised by Avancar and OuiShare (at Coperfield facilities) and The First Concept Jam organised by EatWith and Swapsee about “what is an experience”. I’ve also applied for YUZZ (run by Banco Santander), a 7-month program for developing a business idea (technological)
What do I bring? Well, I think I can be a good asset in a team. I enjoy multidisciplinar teams, building up gathering all the views, having into account diverse ways of thinking (and mind structures). I’m good at understanding “the problem” and see the big picture. I tend to establish relationships among different ideas and worlds. I’m a good observer, establishing patterns, and identifying needs.
I consider myself Human-Centered on everything I do and I’m all the time analysing what is behind people’s words, actions and decisions, as individuals, and as communities. Always questioning everything (I’m like a 3-years-old child), especially the status quo.
Don’t like egos fights and I get excited with others’ ideas, and my mind start thinking upon them.
