My research aims to narrow the gap between science and outcomes in society. With focuses on the Hindu Kush Himalayas, I brings more than two decades of experience working both as a practitioner and as a researcher. The scope of my work is by its nature both local and global. Working at the complex intersections of climate change adaptation, food security, resource governance, grassroots innovation, and public engagement my skill set allows him to span the boundary of knowledge and practice, so that each reinforces the other. my work appears in numerous prestigious publications.
The fish being transported are jostled around and in some cases more than half of the fish does not make to the market alive. Having live fish at the market is imperative because of the consumer's desired freshness and the fact that dead fish do not sell.
