From all comments post here, it tells us all that budgets in billions and all the experts coming to Africa, would not have been so so needed in said quantities as being witnessed if the community ownership Posture was considered from the word GO, the CIVIC EDUCATIONAL PALTFORM MUST now be developed and taken seriously as a major component of thw WHO and all international health institutions in dealin with epidemics of this nature, be it INFLUENZA and the rest, a singular sync educational program, based on community direct intervention could lead to greater chances of eradicating diseases of such huge negative magnitude, It is also important that we develop a unique senze of application of traditional medications, as Nigeria again have proven to the wprld, no matter hpw deadly it is or how wide spread it can get, ww can quickly respond to such with practical means as shown by the Nigerian, today Liberia is witnessing a huge drop in ETU vixtims admissions, this is a success story only attached to community based activities.
