Good job looking beyond the stated problem of funding. Sounds like a good story—adding it to my Netflix queue.

Agreed. The disappointing thing about this challenge is that it assumes the solution. I hope some rebelliously holistic ideas turn up in the next phase.

Most of them, honestly, starting with the first one. A few are working like Baumal cost disease.
