Professional attires and ID cards will go a long way in building their self confidence and give them an opportunity to experience economic freedom. Creating individual online accounts for them, posting their training and police verification details and making it accessible to the employer would ensure a safe and transparent relationship. Also, the association would ensure a secure and quality service thus minimizing exploitation of individuals. The idea could also be expanded to training the participants in culinary skills and tying up with local offices to provide tiffin services at reasonable rates.
Great initiative!! One of the possible ways of bringing about this change might be to launch an extensive and aggressive campaign which mocks and ridicules men who live in localities where women feel unsafe, forcing them to intervene just to protect their "pride". Too extreme...your thoughts ?
