The future of the central nervous system is determined in the first 14/18 months of life. If during that period a child does not receive a sufficient amount of nutrients and stimulation, the brain development will be affected with important risk of s

Jessica, thank you for your contribution, I totally agree! I believe that mothers education is crucial in the development of health and education for their children, especially at a very early stage. Unfortunately, added to poverty, many mothers were never educated on how to feed and raise their child. I really hope we can make something about helping to educate mothers towards health and education for their children!
Paul, Thank you for all your help and insights, it is very appreciated. Indeed, these concepts are quite similar and it would be great to combine them and take the best of each to get a final product. I like your idea of introducing an intermediate medium of exchange.. maybe this could be done through some gamification.. I like the idea of a Hotline, by targeting old persons who are really in need and do not use apps or the Internet and just have a phone. An old person could call the line and for example press a number for immediate assistance, or another to schedule an appointment with somebody by speaking with an assistant over the phone. The Hotline could then send young people for every need through a mobile app. I also like the 'anonymous' idea that some old people are ashamed of asking things and could just talk over the phone to a stranger. However, is the hotline going to charge the old person as a regular service would? Maybe there is a way to incentive the young helpers with something else!
