Hi Kenny, That's really interesting. Yeah why not have ten minute brainstorms interspersed with 10 minutes football/basketball/softball/ sessions, could be really fun. Company directors would be more willing to invest if the activity was more directly related to actual work!! Nice thinking.
Cheers Mohamed. I reckon it could work! We'd just need to find a company willing to give their employees a free hour once a week to kick off an experiment. You know any progressive companies that might be up for it?
Cheers Naomi. My concentration and sense of cameraderie at school was so much stronger because of the sport we played together. How could we encourage company directors to take the risk and invest employee time with this initiative?
