Inclusive Design Group: Cambridge University
I have always had a curious mind, and a competitive streak. Two attributes that have lead me to do a PhD in the Inclusive Design Group at Cambridge University. My passion for research has been with me for as long as I can remember, from a 3 year old child asking my parents how my sister "got into mummy's tummy", to a 24 year old graduate researcher at one of the world's best universities.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Ergonomics (Human Factors Design) at Loughborough University, with my competitive streak driving me to obtain the award for the highest overall degree grade in the year. It also highlighted my love for designing simply to make life better!
I am itching to apply my enormous range of Human Factors knowledge and research skills to solving practical problems in the real world. If I can make life better for others in the process, then I really will be satisfied in life.
