Education, society, culture and a lot of other things around us impact us consciously and sub-consciously. It's important for us to step back, walk away from these trees and look at the forest and follow our heart or intuition to stay creative.

Karthik commented on Design your own school ...

Stephan,

This is a very inspiring video! I firmly believe in the idea that empowerment and climate control can set the environment right for creativity to grow and flourish in young kids.

Thanks for sharing, and really look forward to seeing how the Ideas phase would look like with so many perspectives coming in!

Karthik commented on Demand conformity, don't expect creativity

Climate Control and not Command and Control - profound phrase and so relevant to build the creative confidence in people - young and old. What I like about this video by Sir Ken Robinson is that he focuses on the "climate" than the people, which is equally important when we want to consider cultivating creative confidence amongst millions of young people. Like he aptly puts it towards the end - It's a revolution as its about get millions of 'movers' move!

Amazing video! Thanks for shaing, Festus!

Tom- This brings in profound inspiration and insight into this challenge. "If you are not prepared to be wrong, you will never come up with anything original" - How so true! Thanks for sharing this.
