"Design4impact using all the senses & be a humble designer who serves the world"
I am a passionate designer focusing on bringing people forward using human centered design. You could call what I do Social Design, but nowadays there are hundreds of different design names. So for me I am a designer & try to be humble to the world. I like solving issues together with other people in co-design. I find inspiration in my other passions mountain biking and traveling. I use sports, traveling and being outside to get inspired for my work as a designer. Design to me shifted from making beautiful products to creating meaningful & real solutions/ approaches that can make a difference.

Hi Aimee, what good list off questions. I am from the Netherlands and we suffer a decline of percentage when the election is less important. When we vote for parliament around 75% will vote. When we have local elections about 55% will show up and with European elections only 45% will come. Probably people don't show much interest in the local and European politics. And i don't have the right answer where for this problem.
Stemwijzer is created by a non-profit organization that stimulates political and social participation. But I just read on Wikipedia that most of there income are subsidies. I think it could make a difference, but as I can see it they are unbiased.
De Stemwijzer also organizes so called shadow elections on HighShool in the Netherlands to promote participation in politics when they reach 18 and get their voting rights.
In the Netherlands we are less active as a society with our voting rights, then in the USA i guess. People here are quiet lazy on these topics. We don't have much people such as your mother that are active in debates.
