Thank you, Isaac. We trust that the high level overview we shared with our mentor at her request on Oct 21 was sufficient and, again, we appreciate all the feedback we have received. Thank you again.

Dear Isaac Jumba ,
Thank you for your kind words. Of course, we would be very happy to draft this for you.
By when would you like this?
Thank you again!
Jim

Thank you, Bremley Lyngdoh !

MENTOR:
(NOTE: We are in a continuing conversation with her so this feedback will most likely be able to be updated in the coming hours or days)
°That it is advantageous to be an NGO registered in both Mexico and the United States.
°That this type of opportunity to create a sense of belonging and community is critically important to return migrants on an emotional level.
°That we appear to have given significant thought to critical questions and should continue to test some of our questions.

USERS:
°That the story board we created parallels their experiences and resonates with them.
°That teachers will be willing to pay for part of their training costs.
°That they wish this program had been in place when they returned to Mexico

EXPERT:
°That it will be important to test whether return migrants are willing to fund part of their participation. (We are continuing to test this -- see above.)
°That it will be important to consider partnerships with companies that are seeking a pipeline of English-speakers.
°To test our assumptions regarding whether this program should incorporate a Bachelor’s degree or be a stand-alone shorter program. (We are continuing to test them; this is providing us direction for a proposed first pilot.)
