Good points, Eddie. These are clearly not for seniors, but they are beautiful, and the relationship between the buildings allows for a lot of social interaction. It would be great to have a wide mix of ages in this type of housing.

You could look for a grandpaRENT who likes to sing, or tells good stories, or to whom you could offer specialized help that meshes with your particular expertise.
