Thanks so much for the feedback Isaac Jumba we really appreciate it.

In order to replicate Shifra into Central American over 3 years, we expects to need:

$210,000 (3 x $70,000 p.a. Project Manager/COO salary)
+
$120,000 (3 x $40,000 p.a. implementation, evaluation and scale)

= $330,000 in total

We feel confident we can get some of this funding matched by Rotary International (RI) to develop the longer term sustainability funds/options after this 3 years has finished as we have a strong relationship with RI, both globally and in this region specifically.

Let me know if you need a more granular breakdown and we can link to a budget in Google Docs.

Thanks again :)

Beccah and the whole Shifra team.

Lastly, here are the insights from our wonderful expert Brittany:

1. Prioritize word of mouth to spread the news about Shifra.

2. Re-focus on health professionals, community health workers, and refugee advocates as strategic partners for referrals.

3. When we do use social media, be thoughtful about the story we are telling.

Hi Brittany!
Thanks so much for your encouragement and thoughtful responses. Your ideas dovetail really well with the feedback we received from our mentor. We have been thinking about how to expand upon the relationships we've already built with some of the groups you mentioned (healthcare providers, community health workers, and refugee advocacy groups) and are really excited about the possibilities for referrals there.

We've also had a lot of conversations about social media with our end users (what platforms they use, what types of information they get from those platforms, etc) and I think your insight that it's all about the story we're telling is really key.

Thanks again! Stay tuned for how it all comes together :)
