I love problem solving, making things and learning as witnessed by my varied background in geology/oceanography, renewable energy engineering, climate change, environmental conservation, science writing/communication, picture framing, cold-process soap making and computerized map-making also known as Geographic Information Systems or GIS. My latest topics of interest? Statistics and design thinking.
Hi Catarina, I like your idea. Unfortunately, I had some unexpected obligations come up so I haven't been able to participate in OpenIDEO for the past few weeks and I won't be free to move the "Dueling Chefs" idea forward. I added you to the "Dueling Chefs" team so at least you will be in the loop if someone else steps up to the plate. All the best.
As a quick follow-up on my twitter caution: here is the latest Twitter Developer Agreement and Policy - https://dev.twitter.com/overview/terms/agreement-and-policy. Part II. C. was the part that caused me significant grief 2 years ago. As long as the app that uses the information collected by the #elloser hash tag steers clear of using the location data, you should be fine (recording the location of the tweet is OK, but anything more than that is not). Hope this helps.
