Hi Meena! Good point! Trust is definitely is a big part of this, and I think the platform should definitely address it head on in some way. First, see what folks are concerned about, and then integrate it within the system. And also, I think the other half of it is making sure the marketing strategy also addresses those concerns!

Thanks for your comment Ebenezer. I think you touch on a very important point about the older generations lagging in technical education, and this is true I think in all places -- in varying degrees! It is a big challenge indeed.
