Any sort of active mentorship will require a friendly relationship between the people. Video games serve as a fantastic method of building this relationship through teaming up for playing interactive games
Hello Jacqueline. I really believe multi-player gaming is a strong relationship enabler. I have seen it happen between my friends, how the sense of achieving something together in games has helped in triggering a very positive working relationship between them on other aspects of life. I think there is some potential for gaming in improving the relationship between the youth and the old aged people which is necessary for any further engagement between them whether through games, or something offline or a mix of the both worlds which my instinct says will be more powerful than the both.
But if you have more ideas to improve upon these please feel free to go ahead and post it. I think that would be great
Hello Annie, Ya i am totally on your side about the brain games. I think they really lack a social aspect. I am totally interested in exploring more on this. Do you have some ideas about how we could go about improving on this aspect of the games for using it for the betterment of the old population.
