That's a very good point. This one is very "heavy" to read, I don't exactly know how much time health worker spend on reading those but a video training or proper physical training will probably be "absorbed" in a more efficient way.

Totally agree. Depends of the situation and depends of the kid character too. Maybe find a way to set up easy to reach goals that drive the will power in function of the personality and situation could be one possibility. Doing it step by step, to be able to understand that balance.
