Hi Sarah! Thank you for your wonderful comment. This prototype was indeed build on a highly collaborative environment, which allowed our team to gather feedback from qualitative research. We had two rounds of interviews, the first during the initial stages of mess finding to collect insights that would then drive the prototype and the second round for feedback regarding opportunities of improvement after the prototype was build.
We found that the beauty of the project lied on the prototype, on the richness of insights after an initial product was designed. While we're thrilled about implementing many improvements and designing an implementation plan we chose to present this prototype as a way to highlight some of the underlying needs and to test a potential solution to those needs, rather than a finished, ready to implement solution.
Hope this makes sense! Thank you again for your advise.
