Absolutely, the more characters that are involved then the more people that can relate to the story. My thinking was that you would follow multiple women through their pregnancy covering the different scenarios women find themselves in when they get pregnant.

To answer your question about visual representation, my original thought was almost like a comic book or a flip book concept. Though, you could certainly turn one story into many different formats, creating an animation/video of the story, or having a deck of stacked cards that almost turns it into a game (you could even have people role play characters as an additional learning experience). I really think once the story is out there it can evolve into many different things.
