hi Kanupriya Agarwal, MD sure. as you made this open for collaboration, i can send you the copy i made based from your sheet, which is exactly the same just added a few columns and tabs, and share them and make editable by contributors as you already did here for the app's functionality. I would request permission to collaborate in the new sheet as well. The best thing about this app is that it auto-updates itself and adds or modifies itself automatically when there is a change on the spreadsheet. No need for me to do anything so it is good that you will be monitoring your sheet from new entries and edits. I'll reach out to you by email.
