I am an Environmental Engineer by training and have a passion for water and wastewater engineering, biotechnology, reactor design, remediation, human exposure analysis, risk analysis, and remote sensing. I am originally from Chicago, but as an outdoor enthusiast, I did my undergraduate work at Colorado. I just finished my masters work at Stanford, and I am transitioning to the real world. I was fortunate to take some design thinking classes, and I really enjoyed the creative spark you get to play with in those classes. I hope to combine my engineering background with design thinking.
Thanks for reaching out. I definitely love the idea of working together; I'm all for radical collaboration.
I really like your A UV-tech and bio-fuel solution. I really believe that recognizing the power and potential of waste is key to make rapid changes. Your idea also has the benefit of UV disinfection. What's the best way to reach out to you so that we can collaborate?
Thanks for the question. There are some vendors that will collect human waste from latrines once they are at capacity. Therefore, it would be easy to retrofit these vendors to also be able to collect biogases produced in the anaerobic digesters.
