Love this idea! I believe I have the perfect test event for it too! I work at Coca Cola Enterprises (who are a sponsor of this challenge) in one of our factories in the UK. I am organising a big event to mark the 25th anniversary of the site and also for part of our Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Week. It is called 'Cycle to Recycle' and involves cycling 200km over two days. We will be taking plastic bottles from site in a trailer on the back of one of the bikes to a recycling plant CCE are in partnership with called Continuum. This is 100km away. At continuum they will recycle the bottles into plastic resin which we will then cycle back with the following day and use to make some zero carbon mile bottles at our site! All bottles at CCE are 25% recycled material from Continuum.

Perhaps we could use pledging as a way to sponsor the event as well as rasising money for our site charity as we traditionally would. Incentives could be to be entered into a raffle to win a personalised zero carbon mile bottle if you pledge? These are all things I am looking into. We also have a lot of school visits to our factory and I was thinking how we could engage young people with the event?

If you have any feedback or ideas for me please let me know :)
