I am passionate about:
work with people, particularly traumatized people
A little known fact about me is:
I worked on Ellis Island as a tour guide in 1977

"He does what he says he'll do"
I grew up in a migrant family. I have worked in movements for social change since 1966, including the environmental and peace movements. I obtained a qualification as a physician from the University of Groningen, Netherlands. I have worked with asylum seekers and refugees since 1988. Currently, I am the CEO of the Coalition for Work with Psychotrauma and Peace, working with war victims and asylum seekers.
We're more than willing to work with you. We offer our work without charge. We have seen here that people who have been traumatized function less well on all fronts, including business. We would like to train a group of "barefoot therapists" or "peer supporters" within the community to assist others. If you're interested, please contact me on email@example.com.
