Thanks for catching the mistake !

They are born after 1991 and as late as the mid 2000s, making them under 18 today

Adding onto your thoughts

How might we also encourage companies to hire international applicants ?
Most people say its easier to move to a new city then find a new jo bbut I find that a really scary thought, moving to a place place with no income and hoping someone will hire you. Why don't more companies hire first then allow the person to move?

I also know someone who just recently moved to a small town in Canada because it paid double the amount compared to in the city. Should we be encouraging young people to move to rural towns? Is it worth moving to the middle of no where for a job?
