Interesting. I happened to be in China in December, Europe in Jan and Feb, and US in March, this is exactly what happened in all these 3 continents. In China, when the whole country announced an emergency and mandated people to stay at home, LOTS OF old people still go out and hang out with their friends until the government enforced stricter policy like using a drone to regulate illegal gathering. In the US, same things happened again, even this month older people still went on cruises and got infected: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.businessinsider.com/coronavirus-live-updates-latest-news%3Famp
eldy wullur thanks for reading - I happened to be in China in December, Europe in Jan and Feb, and US in March, what I observed is people across the globe really pay close attention to words from health experts. In addition, in terms of a global pandemic, most of the people wouldn't take it seriously if the fire is not burning their courtyard yet. For a global crisis like this, It is important to let experts from different countries work together and exert their influence to educate their people.
