This is a great idea! From my limited experience with this topic, I believe this would be a very valuable tool. The fact that it would be available on mobile phones, either on- or off-line, is so important, as this is often the most accessible technology. Have you thought about what kind of approval process one would have to go through in order to become an "Educational Provider"? Would anyone be able to create and publish a course, or will there be some way to check content before it is published? I ask this in part because I wonder if adults living in the emergency communities would have valuable lessons/courses to contribute, particularly to address the psycho-social support courses. Would E-Nexus be intuitive enough to navigate by these individuals, or would it be up to host governments and NGOs to collaborate with them?
