"How does technology hamper your love life?"
Technology rules us! There is no big talk in this statement. Nowadays half of the
bedroom issues have been started with the increased usage of technology. as per the survey from the National Sleep Foundation (NSF), 95% of Americans are
engaged in some kind of technological activity. Moreover there are enough
studies telling you effects of technologies on the sexual life of an individual.
Following is the list of technical devices we used in daily life which has deep effect on our love relations.
This is one of the devices which are required by all of us and it is always keep
within the reach. It is handy and does our work faster and efficiently. However, a
recent study published in the journal Fertility and Sterility has concluded that it
could affect the sperm count causing sterility issues in men. This study was done
with keeping two samples of sperm and stored normally and other is kept under a laptop which has wireless connection. The former kept under the laptop showed
motility issues and DNA damage which indicates male infertility.
This has become the latest reason for couples to split their ways as either of the
partner is engaged with the smart phone in the bed instead of his/her partner. It
is also lead to the high level of adrenaline hormone in an individual. This works
against the erectile strength of a man. Men working from home
Increased stress levels are linked with the adrenaline which in turn connected
with erectile failure in men. Men who work from home are under constant stress
and thus they tend to produce this hormone which makes them weak in bed.
Technology induced sexual issues can be sorted out easily with patience and
persistence. Make it a habit to keep smart phone, laptop away from the bed.
Enjoy the time you get as a couple to the fullest to strengthen the bond.
