Agreed. You mentioned in another thread about engaging your over supply of volunteers. I think coaching/exposing youth where professionals start to develop 1 - 1 relationships w them can be a powerful way to scale. We'd like to start connecting our students that leave Central Texas with these folks around the country.

Lincoln, thanks for inviting me to the discussion. You are doing amazing work. I've learned a lot observing your efforts over the years and I'm excited about the opportunity learn and build more together. E4 Youth has been addressing this issue with a focus on high school/college age youth. It's a labyrinth of bureaucracy. Only now do I feel like we've begun to address how to actually scale an approach.
