I am passionate about working in collaborative teams of talented individuals, who are really driven about what they are doing. When you work with a team that are willing to work collectively and challenge their preconceptions, then using iterative project management methodology can help you embrace the exciting opportunities of the unknown.
As has no doubt been said a few times by now, this is a great idea. It's focused - key assumptions have been tested and the idea works. I think having a base line that is constantly reviewed and individual case managers will help this grow and remain relevant. Is there a level at which success is deemed to be achieved and support no longer needed?
