I am passionate about:
Developing Eco-Technologies that create harmonic outcomes, these systems utilize or mimic natural processes and cycles that produce positive gains for us and for the environment. these systems are simple and produce no waste (quite the opposite).
A little known fact about me is:
Many years ago I had a major accident and nearly died, I came back with new understanding and life's purpose.
Warkworth, Auckland, New Zealand
Designer of Eco-Technologies
"In comprehending and copying nature I co-create a world of harmony."
I am an engineer by trade, I also love to work with wood, carving and constructing. I am passionate about water, designing & constructing passive treatment systems for the last 20 years, vermicomposting, wetlands and stormwater systems for effluent and used water.
Prior to this i was NZ's Hang Gliding manufacturer, developing & producing two very successful gliders.
These systems all utilize Gravity for a means of function, I have for many decades been developing vacuum based systems instead of the pressure based systems that are mostly used today for energy production, see clip below.
Hi Irina, Our pouch is very strong and robust, I can stand on it (72kg) with one foot only and it wont burst! Drop it kick it it can go through a lot. We have been asked to see if other beverages could be suitable for concerts and gatherings? Yet to trial.
Thanks Kate, they are both revolutionary ideas that can make a difference. This is definitely the way to go no waste, no recycling low impact. with food the bio-packaging tends to start breaking down straight away when packaged, with obvious results. yes a big challenge, one step in the right direction is better than continuing down the current path. Thanks.
Hi Hans & Soren, Thanks for the heads up and for all the information. Yes nothing new in the bag, it is our straw that is novel as is the plastic, it's really about joining all the dots to find the best solutions, keep it simple & keep it local! Thanks for your input.
