Great questions Lauren, and I have thought a bit about this. We are fortunate to have a global total health team. It includes our physicians, compensation and benefits managers and director, and other behavioral health experts. I would certainly elicit the help of that team, since they are connected our disability management programs. I think it would also be helpful to reach out to our employee assistance professionals that we have onsite. They might be able to help administer the gratitude program to those on leave of absence. Finally, I would also seek the expertise of an outside organization, such as the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) as they are the a top resource for absence management professionals.
