I am passionate about:
leaving a legacy that enriches lives positively, my belief is that we all have something in our hands that can bring a smile on someone. It is faith that we expect to wake up the next day to be kind once more.
A little known fact about me is:
Some times my ideas can be overwhelming so I write them down which calms me down.

Am a visual artist before anything and it is through this platform that my life has been influenced to contribute towards society and therefore help young people to realize their dreams. I think deeply about sustainable ways and therefore challenge myself in seeking like minded individuals to help scale but also be inspired. I am a Mandela Washington fellow because of this drive that has since allowed me to be in a network of emerging young African Leaders. I have exhibited my work in numerous countries and continue to use it as a tool of innovation, peace building and healing.
Young people in Somalia need all the support they can get in ensuring that this beautiful country can reclaim everything evil has tried to take away. Meeting and getting to know Somali people here in Kampala is teaching me so much and makes me optimistic about what can be achieved as new dawn beckons. I believe in this, only time can tell when but with such a project who can deny Somalia of possessing resourceful and determined individuals willing to see to it.
