@ChrisCochella, thank you! @AudreytPalmer and I are grateful to you for your time and energy as a coach on this work. We found our sessions together to be extremely productive discussions and learning sessions. At each turn, your advice, questions, and references were critical sources of inspiration as we drilled down deeper with the idea. Cheers and thanks!

Thank you @susanjackewicz! @AudreytPalmer and I are thrilled with where we've landed at this juncture and really appreciate this feedback. Your note early on about EMT training helped send us into some exciting research, too. And good news on the bracelets, ROAD iD does offer some more fashionable options =). It was a great help having @ChrisCochella as our coach. Pivot-and-articulate is right. The drill-down "simplify" mentality and advice was critical to us looking at this idea differently and trying to really address the problem. Cheers and thanks for your note and your feedback.
