Reminds me of the educational broadcaster Teleac we had in the Netherlands a while back. Maybe there are some lessons to be learned from there. Bigger question is: how connected are the people in the different regions in Africa. I assume there are big differences, but from afar it looks like many do have access to internet at such speeds that places such as Coursera and edX, as well as Khan Academy can be used. Would that not be even better?
