I envision someone on the ground, I would have to know exactly how each system works in each country, but working with individuals to find out their family needs, as well as relocation abilities before starting. Now that I'm thinking, maybe there are easier ways to teach "skills" through boxes or simple training in each of their areas that they can travel and sell on their own! I'll keep thinking!
