Restaurants that buy food from local farmers can advertise that on their menu. So, next to every meal you would have a few words about where the food came from, information about the farm, some green facts about the distance it travelled, and its nut

Andreas commented on Reality TV Show - How it's grown

Hey Raja, I had a look at your idea and it looks great! Maybe our shows could air on the same night as you said or maybe we can combine the concept and have the reality show and the top chef together:)

Alternatively we find some other already established body/website/app like Zagat, that is more concerned about the quality and the source of food and we approach them.

Anyone has any ideas of such a company?

Andreas commented on 5 Star Food Labels

Excellent idea. It is a really easy way for people to understand where their food comes from without having to read a long description.

One thought I had was, how can we encourage people to use this system and motivate them to pick a 5 star food?

Should we encourage them by building in a points system or discount system so that they have a motivation to go for the better food?

Or do you think it's best if they want to go for the healthier food because they understand the importance of it without the need to receive any rewards for their right behaviour?
